A seasoned professional and entrepreneur, Efferem O. Williams combines fourteen years of experience in process improvement, management proficiency, corporate branding, and fashion merchandising.
Willians was born and raised in Charleston, S.C. and resides in Jacksonville, FL. He holds a bachelor's degree in Health Administration from Knoxville College. His artistic vision continues to guide developmental and charitable realities.
A member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Williams is also the Founder and President of Knots 4 Kids, Inc. a not-for-profit organization that supports children’s health, education and personal development in Jacksonville, FL. Williams is a charter member and former vice president of the National Association of African American Human Resources and President of Jacksonville’s University Club Young Executive Society. Williams most recent appointment is the Co-Founder and Vice President, Florida Operations of The Black Foundation, an organization that focuses on educating, empowering and preserving Historically Black Colleges (www.theblackfoundation.org)

Vernon Franklin
Chief Financial Officer/ Vice President
Vernon Franklin brings 17 years of financial services industry experience to Knotacess. Franklin holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and public administration from Charleston Southern University. He is certified in financial management and tax preparation, and enjoys memberships in the Association of Financial Services of America and the Alphi Phi Alphi Fraternity.
Franklin, along with his cousin, Efferem Williams, Knotacess President and CEO, founded Knotacess in 2004. As chief financial officer Franklin is responsible for directing the company’s leaders toward strong financial performance

Welden Howard
Chief Operating Officer
As a native of New York, Welden received his bachelor’s degree in Management from Bethune Cookman University in Daytona Beach, FL. After which, Welden received his Masters degree graduating from Webster University School of Business and Technology.
Throughout, Welden’s tenure he served as a Professional Human Resource Manager of the Eastern / Mid-West Region for several fortune 500 companies in which Welden. Also Welden ,served as the labor relation’s negotiating advisor for several union shop contract ratifications. Furthermore as a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc, Welden has memberships in several other organizations which include: Toastmasters, SHRM & Multi-Cultural Foodservice Alliance.
